to the International High Altitude Pulmonary Edema Registry. Since
its inception at the Barcelona meeting of the International Society
of Mountain Medicine in 2002, the HAPE Registry has grown to include
investigators from around the world. Our work is owned and lead
by a five member steering committee of the International Society
